Facilities Assistant

Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is currently looking to speak with candidates who would be interested in hybrid opportunities in Cambridge, MA with similar specifications to those below:
Compensation: $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr *
*listed not guaranteed – potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.
Responsibilities:
Serve as point of contact for vendors to coordinate repairs, pickups/deliveries, and address any relevant issues with building management
Welcome and provide assistance to visitors, clients, and employees at the office
Order and stock supplies for office and kitchen
Ensure proper maintenance and timely repairs of office equipment and appliances
Manage inventory, delivery, and maintenance for employee tech equipment, including new employee setup, training, and orientation
Maintain a clean and tidy office space at all times
Coordinate scheduling and logistics for events, meetings, and video/conference calls
Maintain familiarity with company tech to perform basic computer troubleshooting or escalate to IT when necessary
Qualifications:
Professional customer service experience required
1-3 years of office/facilities experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
Must have strong organizational skills
Able to balance various tasks and responsibilities
Desire to learn more and exceed expectations
