Facilities Assistant (full-time), Facilities

JOB SUMMARY:

Performs ongoing maintenance of Bank's facilities as well as repair work such as electrical, plumbing, carpet repair, roof repair, drywall, painting, etc.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• High School diploma or GED
• Three+years'experience in building maintenance (, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Ability to lift 100 pounds
• Maintain a valid Kentucky driver's license
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Able to work without direct supervision
• Customer- oriented
• Logical problem-solving ability

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivers office supplies to banking centers.
• Completes duties according to preventive maintenance schedules (e.g. lubricates door locks and hinges, check roof top fans for proper operation.).
• Performs repairs to interior and exterior of facilities.
• Completes written report of daily activities and work accomplished.
• Operates small gasoline engines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
