Facilities Assistant / General Labor – 2nd ShiftSchedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Some Saturdays required)Job SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and hardworking Facilities Assistant / General Labor team member to help maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility. The ideal candidate will perform routine facility inspections, assist with general maintenance tasks, and support the upkeep of both indoor and outdoor areas.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance and safety concerns.Assist with minor maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility.Replace light bulbs and perform other basic building maintenance as needed.Assist with painting projects, including surface preparation and cleanup.Clean and maintain indoor workspaces, common areas, and outdoor grounds.Remove trash and debris to ensure a clean and organized work environment.Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Perform other general labor and facility support duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious experience in general labor, janitorial, or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.Ability to use basic hand tools and perform minor maintenance tasks.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work, including bending, standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must be able to work the assigned 2nd shift schedule, with occasional Saturdays.BenefitsConsistent full-time scheduleOpportunity to gain experience in facilities maintenanceSupportive team environment
