NATURE OF DUTIES
- Safely operate company owned motor vehicles and transportation of Executives, clients and guests including to and from airports and hotels.
- Restock typical office supplies throughout facility as directed, help make coffee daily
- Delivers, loads and unloads packages by hand or with carts and dollies to various offices throughout the building.
- Miscellaneous maintenance duties as assigned.
- Miscellaneous repairs to include use of 8’ or less ladders.
- Office Furniture and fixtures: Installation, assembly and removal. Changing ceiling lights/ bulbs.
- Carry/answer company cell phone and radio at all times during normal work days.
- Safely operate snow plow and other winter weather related duties.
- Mandatory overtime with or without advanced notice.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work in a corporate environment professionally in appearance and positive friendly attitude
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Stands, walks, bends, stoops, lifts, carries, pushes, pulls, and uses hand cart, climbs 8 ft. ladder,
Lifting: Up to 70 + pounds. Picks up and transports UPS shipments, boxes of copier paper, FedEx/mail deliveries. Set up chairs and tables for various events on a regular basis. Office furniture and other furniture moves.
Carrying: See "Lifting"
Walking: Continuously.
Stooping: Frequently.
Kneeling: Occasionally
Lifting: Continuously. Rarely = less than 10%
Pushing: Frequently Occasionally = up to 33%
Pulling: Frequently. Frequently = up to 66%
Climbing: Occasionally Continuously = from 67% to 100%
Crouching: Occasionally.
Crawling: Rarely.
