Facilities Associate

Pay: $20.00/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PMLocation: Brentwood, MOWe are seeking a dependable Facilities Associate to support the daily operations and upkeep of our Brentwood facility. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining an organized workspace, and has experience with general building upkeep.Responsibilities:Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facilityPerform basic maintenance and minor repair tasksMove materials, equipment, and supplies as neededAssist with facility improvement projectsIdentify maintenance needs and communicate them to managementSupport general building operationsQualifications:Previous maintenance, warehouse, or facilities experience preferredBasic mechanical aptitude is helpfulHVAC experience is a plus, but not requiredAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the dayReliable attendance and strong work ethicThis is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering a consistent weekday schedule and stable work environment.
