Position: Facilities Attendant – (Non Exempt)
Reports To: Plant Manager
Summary of Job Responsibilities:
Ability to work independently with little supervision and must limit socializing.
Comply and ensure safety and company policies and procedures are followed.
Daily/weekly restocking of condiments, supplies and replacing water filters as needed.
Additional cleaning in the break rooms, kitchens, windows, doors, restrooms, and outdoors on premises as needed.
Maintain windows and glass doors as assigned.
Must be able to operate a forklift to unload trucks when needed.
MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 50 POUNDS. ANYTHING OVER 50 POUNDS REQUIRES ASSISTANCE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Assist with maintaining parts stockroom, sweeping floors, stocking parts, etc.
Assist Purchasing Coordinator by bringing deliveries to the purchasing office, labeling of parts and counting of inbound parts.
Assist HR setting up all events/meals/serving/and decorations on/off premises as needed.
Establish & maintain a list of daily, weekly, monthly duties in case of absences.
Run errands for company parts/supplies and take company vehicle for maintenance as needed.
You represent the image of our Company to our suppliers/customers/and to the public, you must be presentable when going out in public.
Conduct yourself professionally at all times when representing our Company.
Maintenance of parking lot to include magnet dragging to remove any screws or nails as directed by management, and outside picnic areas clean of trash and debris.
Report on any repairs of facility property.
Other duties assigned by your supervisor.
Preferred Qualifications & Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
You must maintain a valid driver’s license in good standing the entire time within the position or you will be removed.
