Position Overview
Moldtech, LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Facilities Cleaning Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment. This role supports daily operations by ensuring production areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces are clean and well maintained.
Responsibilities
General Cleaning & Facility Support
- Sweep and maintain entryways, locker areas, and workspaces
- Sweep and dust mop factory floors
- Clean glass surfaces and common areas
- Remove debris, cardboard, and garbage throughout the facility
- Transport waste to dumpsters using equipment such as forklifts when needed
- Respond to day-to-day cleaning and facility needs
Inventory & Supplies
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies
- Identify items that need replenishment
- Submit supply requests in a timely manner
- Communicate shortages or urgent needs proactively
Office, Lunchroom & Restroom Cleaning
- Empty trash and recycling daily
- Clean and sanitize tables, counters, sinks, and microwaves
- Restock paper products and dispensers
- Clean and disinfect restrooms
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum office and lobby areas
- Perform spot cleaning of windows, glass, and chrome surfaces
- Perform periodic high dusting of vents, cabinets, baseboards, and doorways
Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
