Job Description

The Facilities Cleaning Lead is responsible for overseeing all site cleaning and housekeeping activities to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment across production areas, offices, cafeterias, restrooms, warehouses, and common areas. This role supervises janitorial personnel and coordinates daily cleaning schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Leadandcoordinatejanitorialandhousekeepingstaff.

• Overseecleaningofproductionareas,offices,cafeterias,restrooms,lockerrooms,andcommonspaces.

• Ensureexecutionofdaily,weekly,andperiodiccleaningschedules.

• Conductroutineinspectionsandaddresscleanlinessdeficiencies.

• Managecleaningsupplies,chemicals,equipment,andvendorservices.

• Ensurecompliancewithsafety,environmental,andsitehousekeepingrequirements.

• Trainpersonnelonpropercleaningproceduresandsafechemicalhandling.

• Maintaincleaningrecordsandsupportaudits,inspections,andcontinuousimprovementinitiatives.

Minimum Requirement:

• High School Diploma or GED
