Facilities Cleaning Specialist

Job Summary

Energo is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Cleaning Specialist to maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming office environment at our Woodside headquarters. This role is essential to keeping our workspace organized and presentable for employees, clients, and visitors. Job responsibilities will include:

• Clean and sanitize offices, common areas, restrooms, break rooms, and conference rooms daily
• Empty trash and recycling bins; replace liners as needed
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors daily throughout the facility
• Dust and wipe down desks, furniture, windowsills, and equipment daily
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
• Restock restroom and kitchen supplies (paper towels, soap, coffee/tea supplies, etc.)
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Ensure proper storage and use of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Perform light deep-cleaning tasks periodically (carpets, upholstery, etc.)
