Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning Duties:
Perform routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and workspaces
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed
Empty trash and recycling bins
Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment
Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies
Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
Light Maintenance Duties:
Perform minor repairs (e.g., changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, minor patching/painting)
Assist with basic plumbing fixes (e.g., unclogging drains)
Perform simple preventative maintenance tasks
Report on maintenance issues
Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal and exterior upkeep
Help with basic equipment or furniture setup/moves
