Responsible for the overall day-to-day management of an assigned facility, location or group of locations. Evaluates all current and new compliance regulations, reviews company processes, and leads training sessions.
Education: Associate's Degree related field of study required or Bachelor's Degree related field of study preferred. Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No
Licenses and Credentials: Facilities Maintenance Experience 5-7 years required and Supervisory Experience 1-2 years required and Safety Compliance 1-2 years required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledgeable with general building maintenance, safety requirements and Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards. Ability to effectively communicate with peers, co-workers and service providers. Good time management and organizational skills. Strong project management skills. Display strong leadership and communication skills to clearly manage and oversee program staff. Solid computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft programs.
