Facilities Construction Project Manager

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Facilities Project Manager - Construction & Equipment Installations in Corvallis, OR.

Overview: Our client, a leading advanced manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager to oversee facility infrastructure improvements and equipment installation projects within a highly technical production environment. This role is ideal for a construction professional with a background as a Construction Foreman, Superintendent, or Owner's Representative who has successfully managed contractors, subcontractors, and complex installation projects from concept through completion.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of coordination for facility and equipment-related projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of construction management, infrastructure systems, equipment/tool installations, and stakeholder communication while working in an active manufacturing environment.
