About the Role:

As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Facility Managers regarding all repairs and preventive maintenance programmes.

What You'll Do:

  • Work with clients and service providers to ensure their understanding and use of the reporting processes in place and help as required.
  • Acknowledge all client inquiries and monitor work requests via the account CMMS, assign requests to service providers under guidance of the Facility Managers.
  • Monitor invoicing and notify the Facility Managers of any items needing attention where approval is delayed. Create purchase requisitions as requested by the Facility Managers for recurring services or maintenance programmes.
  • Support client related events as requested, ensuring that facility conditions and any requested support measures are in place.
  • Follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions.
  • Respond to common inquiries or concerns from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
  • Follow defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
