Day to day tasks:
- Monitor Work Orders - Dispatch, follow - up through completion.
- Create and receive Purchase Orders
- Create daily after hours work notifications.
- Ensure all Certificates of Insurance for all vendors are up to date.
- Coordinate Conference Center setups.
- Other administrative tasks.
Years of Experience: 3+ years of experience related to facilities work
Education: At least GED/HS diploma
Software skills:
- Microsoft (Excel, Word, Spreadsheets)
- Basic computer functions
- Email Management
Interview Process: 1 in-person interview.
