Job Description:
The Facilities Coordinator will provide essential office and facilities support to keep daily operations running smoothly. This full-time, on-site role requires someone with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic office setting near Midway Airport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and handle front desk duties including answering phones and managing mail distribution
- Maintain office supplies, restock beverages and kitchen essentials, and manage petty cash
- Coordinate company events and vendor relationships; oversee office equipment and facility needs
- Process deposits, scan remittances, and assist with accounts payable filing and invoice tracking
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in facilities or office coordination roles
- Strong customer service skills, including phone etiquette and visitor management
- Ability to organize and order office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Comfortable with business casual dress and being on feet most of the day
