Facilities / Office Services Coordinator
LaSalle Network is hiring for a Facilities / Office Services Coordinator with a global consulting firm located in downtown Chicago. In this role, you'll support day-to-day office operations, facilities coordination, and workplace experience in a fast-paced, highly professional corporate environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems, and ensuring a seamless office experience for employees and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Manage facilities requests and act as a liaison between employees, vendors, and building management
- Coordinate building services including HVAC, lighting, security, fire, and safety requests
- Maintain vendor relationships and support facilities tracking and reporting
- Order, stock, and distribute office and café supplies
- Oversee mail, shipping, receiving, and storage logistics
- Maintain conference rooms, common areas, and printing stations to ensure a professional office environment
- Support office presentation and daily operations across a high-traffic workplace
- Create basic signage and office communications using Microsoft Office tools
- Provide high-level customer service to employees, guests, and leadership teams
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in facilities, office services, workplace experience, hospitality, or administrative support
- Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- Comfortable working in a fully onsite, fast-paced corporate environment
- Willingness to be hands-on, including moving furniture, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting office needs
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
- College degree preferred

- Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
- Compensation: $20–$23 per hour depending on experience
- Location: Chicago, IL (Downtown)
- Work Model: Fully onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
