About the Role:

CBRE is seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to support facilities and operations for a premier global financial services organization known for its commitment to innovation, client experience, and long-term investment leadership. This onsite role in Durham, NC supports a dynamic corporate campus spanning three buildings across 1.2 acres, featuring a parking garage, café, recreational spaces, and collaborative amenities.

This is a fast-paced, growth-oriented opportunity where you will partner closely with engineering and operations teams while playing a key role in financial coordination, vendor management, and workplace experience support.

What You'll Do:

  • Support day-to-day facilities operations, partnering with engineering teams on maintenance and service execution.
  • Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Review and track financials, expenses, and invoices to support budget adherence.
  • Utilize systems including Corrigo (CMMS), Ariba, and Kahua for work orders, procurement, and project tracking.
  • Coordinate vendor services and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with site standards.
  • Assist with meeting and event setup, ensuring spaces are prepared and organized.
  • Maintain documentation related to facilities, operations, and financial processes.
  • Contribute to a high-performing team environment with a focus on continuous improvement and growth.

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of experience in facilities management, operations, or property management.
  • Working knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
  • Proficiency in financial tracking, including purchase orders, invoices, and expense reporting.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Familiarity with systems such a Corrigo, Ariba, Kahua, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
  • Proactive attitude with a desire to lean, grow, and advance.
