Job Title

Manage a high volume of incoming work orders and email communications in a timely and efficient manner.

Dispatching vendor partners for work orders and ensuring they arrive in accordance with schedule.

Work in conjunction with managers and team members on problemresolution.

Answer customer questions about scope of services, making appropriate suggestions to resolve problems. Ability to analyze customer inquiries and determine means of resolution.

Ability to answer the phone and/or email promptly to provide the best customer service possible. Position involves heavy phone traffic inbound/outbound with customers and service providers.

Cold calling potential vendor partners to develop partnerships.

Input necessary data into computer system to track and follow up on customer requests. Create service tickets with clear scope of work and assign them to appropriate service provider.

Communicate with clients and service providers on an ongoing basis to maintain first class relationships. Communication via phone, email, reports, and third-party systems.

Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing set goals as determined by Manager.

Ability to prioritize tasks with overlapping timelines.

Ability to work independently and self-solve.

Keep accurate data and documentation of service requests.

Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with an ever-changing environment and demanding customers.

Performs other duties as required by leadership.
