About the Role:

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support operations at a dynamic industrial and manufacturing site spanning approximately 155,000 square feet across 26 acres. This active environment supports production and logistics operations, requiring strong coordination across vendors, systems, and stakeholders to ensure seamless facility performance.

In this role, you will be essential to maintaining operational continuity through effective scheduling of work orders, accurate asset management within systems (including SI7), and proactive communication. Success requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage vendor relationships while fostering a collaborative and trusted client partnership.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and schedule work orders to ensure timely completion and alignment with site priorities.
  • Maintain and update asset data within SI7, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and system integrity.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, tracking requests through to resolution.
  • Partner with vendors and contractors to coordinate services and monitor performance outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including work orders, proposals, and vendor records.
  • Track and report on operational metrics to support visibility and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to established procedures, policies, and reporting standards.
  • Monitor site services such as waste management and support overall facility operations

What You'll Need:

  • High school diploma or GED with up to 2 years of experience in facilities, operations, or administrative support.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate multiple workstreams.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially in work order scheduling and asset tracking.
  • Experience with work order systems and asset management platforms (SI7 preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to follow established processes while proactively identifying and resolving routine issues.
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset focused on building strong, collaborative client partnerships.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $40,000 annually [or $19.23 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $56,000 annually [or $26.93 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
