Job Duties & Responsibilities
* Conduct floor walks and support day-to-day workplace operations.
* Manage freight elevator reservations and create employee access cards.
* Enter and track work orders through the building's work order system.
* Schedule and greet vendors while coordinating with vendors and landlords.


Required Skills & Experience
* 2-5 years of experience in facilities, workplace services, or a related role.
* Familiarity with building work order systems and strong documentation/record-keeping skills.
* Strong communication skills with a friendly, service-oriented approach.
* Understanding of health and safety compliance and workplace procedures.

Preferred Skills & Experience
* Previous experience coordinating vendors, landlords, or building services.
* Experience supporting a corporate workplace or office environment.
