Under the direction of the Senior Regional Offce Coordinator, the Facilities Coordinator will ensure Chicago o ce reception runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis alongside supporting the facilities team.
They will act as the admin and coordinator for first impressions at the reception deskwhile also playing a role in other various admin related facilities needs. They will work closely with the Senior Coordinator and Facilities Team to ensure the workplace aligns with our values and culture and enables our teams to deliver their best work.
Their work helps to enhance employee productivity and creates a welcoming environment for our employees, clients, contractors, and visitors. This role requires an energetic professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats. They should be well organized, adaptable, and personable and enjoy administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Reception
• Support the o ce in answering the doorbell and greeting visitors, clients,
employees, vendors, etc.
• Support managing Facilities email inbox and redirect inquiries
• Receive mail and packages
Facilities/Security:
• Oversee o ce visitor badging needs (issuing visitor badges, auditing visitor
badges, cancelling, replacing, etc.)
• Assist Senior Coordinator with other badge needs and changes as needed
• Assist Senior Coordinator with greeting and assisting new hires
• Assist Senior Coordinator with Building Service Tickets (too hot, too cold,
clogged drain, etc.)
• Work with building vendors to service our space, as needed
Hospitality / Event Coordination:
• Assist Senior Coordinator to facilitate space needs for internal events and
meetings
• Assist with company event/specialty activity execution
• Assist with managing the hospitality/event calendar's caterings needs
• Assist with o ce supply administration
• Provide back-up for o ce co ee and snack distribution, as needed
• Support company sustainability goals
