The Facilities Coordinator works with the department manager and their designees to plan, schedule and allocate work in an equitable and timely manner. Develops and maintains processes for collecting data and reporting the status of testing and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with standards set by regulatory agencies. Assists the department manager and their designee in documenting quality of work and productivity of the assigned departments. Manages and maintains the work order database. Utilizes the computerized maintenance management program to schedule, assign and monitor work as directed by the manager or their designees.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years Experience in an administrative position or related equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training Technology platforms
  • Specialized data systems administration experience.
  • Experience in a healthcare facility.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate''s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
