About the Role:

Join CBRE as a Facilities Coordinator supporting a leading national insurance organization that serves millions of customers across the United States. In this role, you will help deliver a best-in-class workplace experience at a large corporate campus in Poway, CA, while also providing remote support to three additional locations. Working closely with internal stakeholders and outsourced service partners, you'll play a key role in maintaining efficient facility operations, coordinating vendors, supporting workplace events, and ensuring a safe, productive environment for employees. This is a fully onsite position with no travel required.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations for a two-story corporate office campus supporting approximately 800-1,000 employees.
  • Receive, track, and manage facility work orders, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Schedule and coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers while monitoring service delivery and performance.
  • Support workplace events by assisting with room setups, furniture arrangements, and logistical coordination.
  • Create and manage purchase orders, process related documentation, and maintain accurate facility records.
  • Run operational reports and provide updates on work order status, vendor performance, and facility activities.
  • Partner with landlords, vendors, and internal clients to ensure compliance with established procedures, policies, and reporting requirements.
  • Support facility operations across three additional locations remotely, helping ensure a consistent workplace experience across the portfolio.

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional facilities, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in facilities coordination, workplace services, office administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, service providers, work orders, or maintenance activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to analyze information, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who can follow established processes while proactively identifying opportunities to improve service delivery.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $50,000 annually [or $24.04 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $60,000 annually [or $28.85 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
