About the Role:

Join CBRE and support one of the nation's leading wireless communications providers across a large portfolio of retail locations throughout the East Region. Working as part of a Facilities Coordination team supporting approximately 941 retail stores, you will play a critical role in ensuring facilities operations run smoothly, service requests are managed efficiently, and vendor partners deliver exceptional results. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with internal stakeholders, landlords, vendors, and store teams while gaining experience with industry-leading facilities management tools and processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate facilities service requests and work orders for a portfolio of retail store locations.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for store teams, vendors, landlords, and service providers regarding maintenance and facility-related inquiries.
  • Track, monitor, and update work orders to ensure timely completion and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records, proposals, invoices, vendor documentation, and department files.
  • Review service performance data and reporting to identify trends and support operational improvements.
  • Partner with vendors to ensure compliance with established procedures, policies, and service expectations.
  • Monitor facility activities, including waste and recycling programs, to support operational standards.
  • Utilize ServiceChannel CMMS and Microsoft Office applications to manage daily workflows, reporting, and communications.

What You'll Need:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in facilities coordination, administrative support, customer service, retail operations, or a related field.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to professionally respond to inquiries and resolve routine issues.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience with work order management systems or CMMS platforms is preferred; ServiceChannel experience is a plus.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $40,000 annually [or $19.23 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $50,000 annually [or $24.04 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
