Job Summary:
The Facilities Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative and operational support for United Way of King County's building and workplace. Working closely with the Building Manager, this position coordinates building operations, maintenance, vendors, invoicing, along with workspace and facility's needs.
The Facilities Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for employees regarding routine facility needs, ensuring requests are addressed promptly and building services are organized, documented, and completed effectively. The position also provides a variety of services to teams and staff, including materials movement, office moves, installations, and organization of storage spaces.
This position is required to be on-site weekdays during business hours.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma, or equivalent of 2-4 years of experience in facilities coordination, office administration, customer service, property operations, or a related field. Experience of partnering with staff, directing vendors and hired labor. Office administration background preferred.
