Daily Facility Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the facility help desk by assigning service requests, monitoring ticket progress, and ensuring all tasks are completed within the designated timeframes.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for external contractors and vendors to schedule repairs, negotiate services, and process invoices and payments.
Maintenance & Technical Support: Support in-house technicians by scheduling equipment repairs, documenting maintenance history, and ensuring all facilities follow established safety and operational protocols.
Procurement & Field Oversight: Manage the purchasing of necessary parts and equipment while performing periodic site visits to regional stores to verify that facility requests have been addressed.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Management, Accounting, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
Communication & Negotiation: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills specifically for negotiating with vendors and coordinating with store managers.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook); familiarity with SAP software is considered a plus but is not strictly required.
Mobility & Logistics: Possession of a valid driver's license to safely operate company vehicles and a willingness to travel domestically for periodic regional store visits.
Must be bilingual in Korean/English
