    Description

    WWW is looking for a positive and detailed individual with a spring in their step to work as a Facilities Data Entry Co-ordinator at New York.

    This role will be based in at the New York City Northville office and the work schedule is expected to be from 8:00am to 4:30pm - Monday to Friday.

    Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

    • Data entry into the asset management system.
    • Assist with the procurement of services via a tender or quotation process.
    • Ensure all procurements are compliant with the New York City Northville policy.
    • Support timely delivery of project plans.
    • Ensure all administrative information and tasks are accurate.
    • Support colleagues and act backup where practicable during times of absence or high workload.
    • Proactively monitor and evaluate systems and processes, providing input into ways to improve the delivery and quality of our services.
    • Ensure maintenance of comprehensive records of all communications on the corporate document management systems.

    Requirements:

    • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • NCEA level 3 qualification or equivalent
    • Lest 2 years of office management experience or experience in the compliance environment particularly relating to facilities property and buildings.
    • Contract Management experience.
    • Be able to pass Ministry of Justice checks and any other relevant security checks
    • Be able to successfully complete a full NY Police vetting process
