The City of Asheville is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Facilities Division Manager in the Capital Management department. This department is responsible for maintaining and improving 100 structures or facilities at over 50 sites, the equivalent of 1 million square feet, with the oldest building having being erected in 1924. This role oversees and supports the division and staff that maintain and repair of City infrastructure.Job Type: Full Time
