ResponsibilitiesAct as Facilities and EHS onsite point of contact.Greet visitors, determine the purpose of each person's visit, and escort them to the appropriate location.Receive and respond to repair & maintenance requests and EHS concerns.Work with Facilities team and outside contractors to ensure repairs are performed in a timely manner.Notify EHS team about any safety or environmental concerns.Perform scheduled inspections (fire extinguishers, warehouse storage, etc.)Ensure supplies are properly available (break room supplies, personal protective equipment, office supplies, etc.)Work with Facilities Manager to track repairs & maintenance.Support emergency preparedness program by maintaining evacuation maps, rosters, and assisting with drills.Maintain EHS records and documentation for the facility.#J-18808-Ljbffr
