    Description

    Facilities & Safety EngineerI am seeking a skilled and proactive Facilities & Safety Engineer to assist with the operation, maintenance, and modification of facility equipment, systems, and controls. This role involves working with a range of building systems, including cleanroom controls, electrical, mechanical, safety, structural, and waste treatment infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal OSHA regulations, including air/wastewater emissions, waste disposal, fire protection, and chemical safety.Conduct audits and inspections to verify regulatory compliance, reporting findings as necessary.Interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics to troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.Perform general maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting systems such as wastewater, DI water systems, and air compressors.Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent facility matters.Assist in maintaining cleanroom subsystems and ensuring compliance with cleanroom protocols and safety standards.Manage chemical storage, handling, waste management, and disposal procedures.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Facility Management, or related field) preferred.3-5 years of experience in facilities engineering or maintenance.Proficiency with HVAC, electrical, wastewater, and cleanroom systems.Familiarity with OSHA regulations and environmental safety compliance.Hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair and maintenance.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in facilities engineering and safety to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment while ensuring a safe and efficient workplace.Seniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Engineering and ManufacturingIndustries Semiconductor Manufacturing and Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
