You and the other team members will work closely with client owners in a fast-paced, dynamic environment – in this role you would work on the client's behalf to review designs, specs and drawings – provide feedback and comment.The successful candidate will be responsible for interfacing with client and site personnel, driving design and construction documents through the review process with a team.Primary duties include the followingYou will work on projects that enable the heart of our clients' manufacturing. You and the other team members will work closely with client owners in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to establish design requirements and produce construction documents for the installation of complex manufacturing tools and facilities infrastructure mechanical systems.Technical engineering responsibilities include design and oversight for piping for equipment water, wastewater, process chemicals and gases in some of the most complex, densely packed industrial facilities on the planet. The design may include retrofit of existing building systems including engineering calculations, equipment and component sizing, selection, and specification, and support during construction and integration into the factory.As the Process chemical/mechanical representative on a multi-discipline design team, your primary duty will be to edit client specifications and standards, review design packages consisting of P&IDs, layout drawings, details, and equipment plans followed by review of vendor submittals, RFIs, and construction documents.Physical RequirementsPosition requires field visits and walks at an active client site in various stages of construction.
