    Description

    OverviewA growing advanced manufacturing facility is seeking a Facilities Engineer to support plant operations, process utilities, chemical systems, and infrastructure reliability in a high-volume production environment.This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys being on the manufacturing floor, solving operational challenges, leading facility improvement projects, and working closely with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and Engineering teams.ResponsibilitiesSupport facility and process utility systems to maintain safe and efficient plant operationsTroubleshoot mechanical, chemical, and process-related equipment issuesLead facility improvement projects from planning through executionSupport maintenance, reliability, and infrastructure initiativesPartner with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and outside contractors to resolve operational challengesAssist with process safety, environmental compliance, and management of change activitiesIdentify opportunities to improve equipment performance, system reliability, and operational efficiencyProvide occasional off-hours support for critical facility or production issuesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline6-10 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environmentExperience supporting chemical processes, process utilities, wastewater systems, hazardous materials handling, or similar plant infrastructureStrong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience working directly within an operating manufacturing facilityFamiliarity with process safety programs, MOC, hazardous waste management, and regulatory compliance requirementsDemonstrated ability to independently manage projects and drive resultsStrong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teamsPreferred BackgroundsChemical ManufacturingSemiconductor ManufacturingBattery ManufacturingSolar ManufacturingAdvanced MaterialsPharmaceutical ManufacturingIndustrial Process ManufacturingWhy Consider This Opportunity?Direct impact on facility operations and manufacturing performanceHigh-visibility role with ownership of critical projects and systemsGrowing manufacturing operation with long-term career growth potentialRelocation assistance available for qualified candidatesIf you're looking for an opportunity to take ownership of facility operations, lead meaningful projects, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd like to speak with you.Annual Salary: $115k - $135k; DOE; relo assistance available.#J-18808-Ljbffr
