Engineer I - Tropicana Laughlin

We're looking for a skilled, reliable Engineer to support the maintenance and operation of major fixed‑asset equipment throughout the property. This role is essential to ensuring our facilities remain safe, efficient, and fully operational. If you enjoy hands‑on technical work and take pride in keeping systems running at their best, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within the Caesars Entertainment family.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of related experience in engineering, maintenance, or a similar field
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to read and write reports, lists, memos, and basic business correspondence
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Certificates, Licenses & Registrations

• Must possess and maintain applicable licenses, if required
• OSHA Certification required
• Trade certifications preferred

• Complete work orders related to the maintenance and operation of major physical and mechanical equipment

• Maintain working knowledge of property systems, including:

• Boilers, chillers, pumps, and air handlers

• Plumbing distribution and fire protection systems

• Electrical distribution systems, motors, and controls (electric and pneumatic)

• Kitchen and restaurant equipment

• Mechanical and non‑mechanical systems

• Compressors, refrigeration units, and air‑conditioning equipment

• Keep accurate records of all maintenance performed, including work orders, logs, and reports

• Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA guidelines

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Chief Engineer or Director of Facility Operations

• Deliver Caesars Entertainment's Family‑Style Service to all guests and team members
