Pay Range: $45.00 - $50.00/hr on W2
Must-Have Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree + 2+ years relevant facilities engineering experience, OR advanced degree.
- Experience operating/maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
- Strong HVAC and Building Automation System (BAS) knowledge.
- Experience with BAS design, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and training.
- Project management experience from concept through execution.
- Experience managing/overseeing external vendors and contractors.
- Ability to review drawings, specifications, blueprints, schematics, and equipment designs.
- Experience with commissioning, inspection, and testing of mechanical/electrical/digital control systems.
- Experience documenting work, root cause, and resolution in CMMS or similar systems.
- Willingness to work 4 days/week onsite and travel up to 25%.
