Job Title: Facilities Engineer (HVAC & Controls)

Join an industry-leading cosmetic manufacturer in Middlesex County, NJ known for innovation, quality, and operational excellence. This is a high-impact role supporting critical facility systems in a fast-paced, modern production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Install, maintain, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boilers, compressors, and plant utility systems
* Troubleshoot and support PLCs, building management systems, and automated distribution equipment
* Maintain and repair conveyors, packaging machinery, and power transmission systems
* Coordinate with contractors and support plant-wide equipment reliability, safety, and emergency response





Required Skills & Experience:
* 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or plant engineering experience OR relevant technical training
* Strong expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and industrial controls
* Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic diagrams
* NJ Black Seal Boiler License (High Pressure) and EPA Refrigerant Certification required

Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or GMP-regulated environments
* Hands-on experience with building automation systems and water treatment processes

Compensation:
* $42.54/hour + overtime opportunities
