    DescriptionAssistant Chief EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Chief Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of our facilities. The ideal candidate will support the Chief Engineer in overseeing engineering operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading technical teams to deliver exceptional service.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Chief Engineer in managing daily engineering operations and maintenance activitiesSupervise and coordinate the work of engineering staff and contractorsEnsure all equipment and systems are operating efficiently and safelyDevelop and implement maintenance schedules and proceduresMonitor and control budgets related to engineering projects and maintenanceConduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulationsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptlyMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairsSupport the planning and execution of capital projects and upgradesPromote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the engineering departmentSkills And QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related fieldProven experience in facilities management, engineering, or maintenance rolesStrong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety standardsExcellent leadership and team management skillsEffective communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and manualsProficiency in maintenance management software and MS Office SuiteRelevant certifications such as HVAC, electrical, or safety licenses are preferredAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple prioritiesJoin our organization and be part of a forward-thinking team committed to excellence and innovation.
