Title: Facilities Helper
Shift: F - Shift; 5:45AM-6:00PM
- Only work 3 (36 hours) to 4 (48 Hours) days per week!

Essential Accountabilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility.
- Collection of trash in all areas and maintenance of the trash compactor area.
- Operation of the floor scrubber to maintain all floors.
- Monitor plant and grounds cleanliness and correct problem areas.
- Responsible for handling and baling recycled materials.
- Will be required to work plant shutdowns to meet project deadlines during available time.
- Assist facilities techs when needed.

Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have some experience maintaining a large facility
- Knowledge in construction, plumbing, operation of power tools and light equipment a plus
- Forklift experience a plus but not required. Obtaining certification will be required.
- Must be a motivated self-starter and able to manage time while working alone.
- Must pay close attention to detail
- Must be able to work as a team player
- Must be able to follow instructions well
- Must maintain excellent attendance record
- Must be able to pass a functional capacity exam for facilities tech including pushing, pulling and lifting of 50# on a continual basis while baling.
- Limited travel may occasionally be required
- Mostly inside work, some outside. Work environment can vary from both outdoors to indoors and from very hot to very cold (winter).
- Will work around machinery, noise 30% of the time
