Facilities Housekeeping

Job Title: Facilities Housekeeper | Reports to: Head of Facilities Maintenance | Location: Homestead, FL 33030

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Facilities Housekeeper to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming facilities. This position will be responsible for routine cleaning and upkeep of bathrooms, break areas, and other common spaces, with occasional light travel between locations.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and fixtures.

• Clean and maintain employee break rooms and common areas.

• Empty trash and recycling and replace liners as needed.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas.

• Replenish restroom and break-area supplies.

• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in an organized manner.

• Launder and organize on-site team uniforms and departmentally assigned rags. 

• Assign new uniforms as issued. 

• Travel between nearby company locations as needed to complete cleaning duties.

• Follow company safety and cleaning procedures.

• Perform other general facility-cleaning duties as assigned. 

• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job; ie climbing stairs throughout the day, lifting up to 50lbs, etc. 

• Other duties as assigned by management. 

Qualifications: 

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred but not required.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to safely use basic cleaning products and equipment.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift supplies as required.

• Valid driver's license preferred if travel between locations is required.
