Join us to safeguard uptime across a dynamic manufacturing campus. You’ll blend craftsmanship with systems thinking—building panels, tracing faults, tuning servo systems, and ensuring safe, code-compliant power distribution.

How You’ll Make a Difference

  • Diagnose equipment malfunctions and coordinate corrective action with mechanics and supervisors.
  • Ensure NEC code compliance to maintain a safe operation.
  • Bring experience from complex manufacturing settings (preferred).
  • Assemble and install 24–480V control panels from prints.
  • Configure and troubleshoot digital/analog I/O and industrial networks; Ethernet and fiber experience preferred.
  • Mentor teammates of varying skill levels; promote knowledge-sharing and teamwork.
  • Build productive relationships with maintenance peers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Service and troubleshoot servos, servo amplifiers, and controllers.
  • Hunt down and resolve electrical issues across buildings and grounds.
  • Bend/install conduit; size wire and conduit correctly; terminate conductors based on distance and FLA.
  • Work confidently on 24V–480V systems.
  • Install, maintain, and repair low- and high-voltage electrical power systems for facilities and industrial equipment.
  • Interpret electrical schematics with precision.
  • Diagnose motors, motor control circuits, and device-level control issues.
  • Repair sensors and solid-state components.
  • Identify and order parts from manufacturers’ manuals and prints.
  • Communicate instructions effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Capabilities

Language

Comfortable reading safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedures; able to write routine reports/correspondence and speak effectively to groups of employees or customers.

Math

Proficient with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals; able to compute rate, ratio, and percent; capable of drawing/interpreting bar graphs.

Reasoning

Strong problem-solver in situations with limited standardization; interprets written, oral, diagrammatic, and schedule-based instructions.

Physical Requirements

Frequent standing, walking, hand use, and reaching. Occasional sitting; climbing/balancing; stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; and talking/hearing. Frequently lifts/moves up to 10 lbs; occasionally lifts/moves more than 100 lbs. Vision: ability to adjust focus.

Environment You’ll Work In

Frequent proximity to moving mechanical parts; occasional exposure to wet/humid areas, heights, fumes/airborne particles, toxic/caustic chemicals, outdoor conditions, extreme cold/heat, and electrical shock risk. Expect a loud noise environment.
