Position: Facilities & Maintenance Admin Support II (Indirect)-Contingent Worker
Duration: 3 Months

Job Description:
  • Preventative maintenance to all essential shop equipment and tools as scheduled.
  • Perform emergency repairs to essential shop equipment and tooling on an as required and as needed basic.
  • Perform required EHS, OSHA and NFPA inspections. Correct findings as required.
  • Maintain emission critical equipment.
  • Assist in the handling and disposal of shop generated hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
  • Correct safety related issues as identified and as directed, including safety team findings.
  • Coordinate and schedule as required vendors to perform repairs to equipment and building.
  • Assist in shop projects, as necessary.
  • Perform miscellaneous/minor daily repairs as identified.
  • Work in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Maintain HAZWOPER, LOTO, fork truck and high lift certification.
  • Critical to Quality (CTQ) requirements: Work is assigned, directed, and monitored for safety, quality, completeness, and timelines by EHS and Program Management.
  • Maintenance request forms are reviewed daily. Monthly PM schedule of tasks is reviewed and signed off by Program Manager as part of quality program requirements.

  • Be able to read schematics, prints and other instructions.
  • Be adaptive and flexible, possess the ability to juggle a busy schedule.
  • Work alongside production employees and treat them with respect.
  • Work independently at times but be able to function alongside fellow employees.
  • Understand electrical, plumbing and tools.
  • Be able to brainstorm with a group to figure out best solution.
