Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established manufacturing client of ours in the Morrisville area recruit a Facilities Maintenance Assistant to join their team. This role will support the upkeep of our manufacturing facility and office environment as well as the grounds. This role will assist with general building maintenance, groundskeeping, equipment upkeep, and facility support tasks to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace.

 
 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance and minor repairs throughout the facility
  • Assist with upkeep of grounds, landscaping, and exterior areas
  • Support HVAC maintenance, filter changes, and basic equipment checks
  • Help maintain company vehicles, including routine service coordination
  • Organize maintenance supplies and assist with housekeeping duties

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years of general maintenance or handyman experience
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting repairs
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and video conferencing platforms
  • Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures
