    We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and repair of building systems and equipment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform routine and preventative maintenance

    • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems

    • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

    • Maintain a safe and organized work environment

    Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of facility maintenance experience

    • Strong troubleshooting skills

    • Reliable transportation required

    • Must have your own basic tools

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
