Your mission is to be the "eyes and ears" of the restaurant—identifying potential equipment failures before they disrupt operations and maintaining our facility in "like-new" condition. By executing a rigorous preventive maintenance strategy, you will directly impact the restaurant's profitability by reducing emergency vendor costs and extending the life of our multi-million dollar assets.
