  • Integrate safety requirements into all procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) specifications.
  • Ensure all written procedures comply with local regulatory bodies and applicable Good Manufacturing/Laboratory Practices (GxP).
  • Incorporate clear pass/fail criteria, calibration check-points, and data collection parameters within the PM steps to maintain Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Essential Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities engineering, reliability engineering, or maintenance operations within a regulated industry such as Biotech, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or Semiconductor.
  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or equivalent technical field experience.
  • Deep understanding of commercial/industrial HVAC, chilled water plants, industrial exhaust, and high-purity water system (RODI) operations and failure modes.
  • Proficiency with enterprise CMMS platforms, with SAP preferred.
