Facilities Maintenance

We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join a manufacturing facility and help keep the building, equipment, and facility systems running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on position for someone with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or facilities environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, machinery, and building systems

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing issues

• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections

• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, lighting, and other facility infrastructure

• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs

• Assist with equipment installations and facility improvement projects

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders

• Follow all company safety procedures and applicable safety regulations

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or facilities environment

• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and facility issues effectively

• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Basic computer skills; experience with maintenance tracking systems is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment
