Facilities Maintenance Helper

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
• Support the Facilities Manager in conducting inspections and identifying maintenance needs.
• Help maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as needed.
