8-hour shift: Day 7am-3:30pm

Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist our Facilities Maintenance Technicians on projects and tasks. This includes but is not limited to:

• Repairing plumbing systems
• Assist our in-house electrician to perform electrical repairs.
• Perform general building cleaning and maintenance.
• Fixing company equipment or tools.
• Repair doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building.
• Clean and paint interior and exterior spaces.
• Maintain air conditioning and heating systems (certified HVAC technician will be called in where required).
• Remove and Install flooring.
• Projects such as construction, remodeling, general grounds maintenance.
• Help keep the buildings and grounds clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Be able to lift and move 50 lbs. at minimum.
• Ability to safely use common power and hand tools
• Willingness to get down and dirty learning new skills

Education/ Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work on their feet for up to 10-hour shifts.
