Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance HVAC Technician to support the maintenance and operation of a manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and other facility equipment.
Responsibilities
Maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility equipment.
Maintain and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, circulation fans, and environmental control systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Respond to facility maintenance requests and support day-to-day building operations.
Maintain accurate equipment and maintenance records using a CMMS system.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
Assist with commercial HVAC installations and repairs.
Perform or assist with plumbing repairs and gas line installation and maintenance.
Support building automation controls and environmental systems.
Assist with facility improvement and maintenance projects.
Qualifications
Required:
Commercial HVAC installation and maintenance experience.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage maintenance priorities.
Commitment to safety, quality, and reliable attendance.

EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
NFPA 70 Arc Flash Training
Liebert Environmental Cooling Systems Training
Low Pressure Chiller Training
Ohio Fire Detection License
Building Automation Controls Training
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including 8–12 hours per shift.
Ability to frequently lift up to 35 pounds.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, cold, dust, and noise.
Ability to work overtime and weekends when required by business needs.
Ability to safely perform hands-on maintenance and repair work in a facility environment.
