We're seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager in Atlanta, GA to oversee maintenance operations for a portfolio of commercial office buildings.

Responsibilities
• Manage facilities maintenance team and daily operations
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
• Review and approve maintenance budgets and capital plans
• Coordinate emergency response and critical repairs
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards
• Implement energy conservation and sustainability initiatives
Requirements
Must-Haves
• 10+ years of facilities maintenance experience
• 5+ years of team management experience
• Strong knowledge of building systems and operations
• Experience managing multi-site facilities
• Excellent budget and project management skills
Nice-to-Haves
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Facilities Management
• CFM, FMA, or other facilities certifications
• LEED certification and sustainability experience
• CMMS software proficiency
