Job Description
We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to become a part of our team! Candidates will oversee the onsite Maintenance and Property Management for a 50,000 sf medical building in Grosse Point Farms, Michigan. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, overseeing all building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems. The Maintenance Manager will work directly with contractors and vendors on various tasks and projects. The Facilities Maintenance Manager will be the direct contact for our tenant(s) and respond to their needs. .
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
Qualifications:
- General Maintenance skills required - 5+ years
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
